Storytelling Workshop with Michael Harvey

Leading up to ‘Y Llyn’ presented by Bando on October 26 we are delighted to welcome Michael Harvey to Soar to lead a Storytelling Workshop.

The session will be fun and interactive. We’ll share some short personal stories and then start telling a traditional story in small groups. There’ll be a chance for you to share your story if you’d like (you don’t have to, no pressure!)
The workshop is suitable for fluent speakers and learners of all levels. Don’t worry if you think your Welsh isn’t good enough, you’re welcome to use the Cymraeg you have.
Michael has travelled the world telling stories and teaching the craft of storytelling. Recently he has been experimenting with bilingual performances with no added translation. He is currently touring Wales with his new company Bando! and their production of Y LLYN is based on the tale of the Lady of the Lake from Llyn y Fan Fach. https://www.bandowales.org/home/yllyn
